The 38th Annual Cape Coral Arts Festival & Market Place, hosted by the Rotary Club of Cape Coral, is ramping up for their highly anticipated event. Even though Hurricane Ian heavily impacted the downtown area of Cape Coral, the Rotary Club of Cape Coral is looking forward to kicking off the new year with something fun for everyone. The festival will take place Jan. 14 and 15 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
“The Art Festival & Market Place is the biggest event our organization puts on yearly, “ says Rotary Club of Cape Coral president Bob Welsh. “The money we raise goes back to the local community to support organizations such as the Cape Coral Caring Center and Special Populations. These funds also support projects like Rotary Park and the School Bus Bench Project, which launched after the 2019 death of 8-year-old Layla Aiken. This event is more than just an art festival, it is how we serve our community, and it’s something we look forward to every year.”

Those interested in becoming a sponsor for the event can get more information on how to apply by visiting For sponsorship questions, contact the event chair at or 239-699-7942.
The Cape Coral Arts Festival & Market Place is one of the most significant annual events in Lee County. The event brings in over 120,000 attendees to enjoy the arts every January. Guests can enjoy local art, stores, non-profits, and restaurants during the two-day weekend.
After the success of the virtual event in 2022, the Cape Coral Art Festival & Marketplace will bring back its virtual event during its 2023 festival. Any artist or crafter accepted to the street festival will be given an online store for the virtual festival. This option allows patrons to preview the work and shop online from Jan. 2 – 31.
