ArtBeat Studios Gallery and Gifts, located at 1400 Colonial Blvd., suite 35, in Royal Palm Square in Fort Myers, will offer classes and workshops for all skill levels this fall at the gallery.
Marie C Dyer
Marie C. Dyer has workshops that include landscape/floral painting on canvas and silk scarf painting. Both workshops will focus initially on creating the student’s color palette and instruction on brush strokes.
Laurie Weigold holds workshops in acrylic pour-painting, poured resin Charcuterie board and coasters, “Fun, Furry & Fabulous” pet portraits, and a new class called “Tray Chic.”
Lisa Fitz-Gerald
Lisa Fitz-Gerald: From sea shell flower art to smashed glass (flamingo, wave and wall art) to a “Funky Sneaker Party” and many more, Lisa’s classes will allow you to explore your own creativity.
Ron Ledbetter’s stained glass workshop is a two-session class, where students will learn the techniques of stained glass, foil and composition. Students will create a beautiful piece of art ready to hang or gift.
Wendy Drummond is offering workshops in coil plates as well as clay wall hangings and ceramic turkey figurines, ready for your holiday table.
Nancy Mayhew, famous for her quirky mosaic chickens and fish, will have a two-session workshop in mosaic trees. Not just for Christmas, the tree you create will become a treasured piece of original art to be displayed year-round.
Lenea Howe
Lenea Howe creates unusual and humorous 3-dimensional characters from plaster-of-Paris and clay. Lenea will also offer a class in wine glass painting.

Plan to attend the monthly “Meet the Artists” night on Thursday, Sept. 15 from 5 to 7 p.m. when they celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. Authentic Latin American food will be available, and Andean music will be provided by Jimy Aguilar.
