Billy Joel tribute Jan. 30 on Fort Myers Beach

Calling all uptown girls and guys — this year’s Fort Myers Beach Friends of the Arts Winter Concert Series kicks off Thursday, Jan. 30 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Fish-Tale Marina, 7225 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach, with Turnstiles: A Tribute to Billy Joel.
“The Turnstiles show is very energetic show that involves the audience and appeals to a large age group. Our seven musicians re-create Billy’s classic songs in such a faithful way that will certainly move the casual listener as well as the hard core “Joel fan” to their feet and singing along with all the classics,” said Tony Monaco, lead singer.

Next up will be Back to Chicago playing March 19 as part of the concert series.
The Fort Myers Beach Friends of the Arts mission is to promote and support theater, music, culinary and visual arts on Fort Myers Beach and the surrounding community with a vision to make the arts on Fort Myers Beach accessible for all to enjoy and discover.
