Shell Point’s Concert Series continues at Tribby Arts Center with a pair of September concerts in Connie Brown Hall.
Brandon Robertson and his prestigious quartet perform on Saturday, Sept. 9 at 7 p.m., with a tribute concert to the bass and piano legends of jazz featuring the music of Chick Corea, Herbie Hancock, Oscar Peterson, Ray Brown, Ron Carter, Paul Chambers, and many more. Tickets are $25.

Americana Community Music Association welcomes Brian Smalley back at Shell Point by popular demand on Tuesday, Sept. 19 at 7 p.m. The popular singer-songwriter is also a virtuoso guitarist. Having played guitar all his life, Brian has developed some skill on the git-box, and possessing a creative (and somewhat disturbed) imagination, he is a master storyteller. Before ‘CHOSEN,’ he’d recorded six home-grown projects. His acoustic novel “ChickensPigs” received the Best Florida Folk CD award from The Florida Times Union in 2013. Tickets are $25.
