Broadway Palm’s performances of Mamma Mia scheduled for Oct. 7 through Oct. 11 have been canceled.

The theatre will resume performances on Wednesday, Oct. 14. This decision was made after learning an employee tested positive for COVID-19.

While this employee did not have contact with any customers, Broadway Palm made the decision to cancel performances out of an abundance of caution to ensure no other employees have been exposed. All employees and cast members will need to provide a negative COVID test result before returning to work next week.

The theatre has numerous safety measures in place including a rigorous sanitation process that includes deep cleaning, UV lights, a bipolar ionization system and more. For a list of the extensive health and safety measures they are taking, visit www.BroadwayPalm.com.

Broadway Palm is operating at a 50% capacity, and guests are required to wear masks while not eating or drinking. In addition, a temperature check will be performed on everyone that enters the building and admittance will not be allowed to anyone with a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher.

All ticket holders for these canceled performances will be contacted and rescheduled for future performances.
