Considered the longest running and most requested Bruce Springsteen tribute band, The BStreet Band will perform a free show in the Zig Zag Lounge at Seminole Casino Hotel Immokalee on Saturday, Feb. 1 at 9:30 p.m.
With 2020 marking their 40th anniversary, The BStreet Band has totaled nearly 6,000 performances around the country. Several members of Springsteen’s famous E Street Band have performed with the Jersey Shore group including “Miami Steve” Van Zandt, Max Weinberg, the late Clarence Clemons, Garry W. Tallent and Vini “Mad Dog” Lopez.
The BStreet Band has attracted the attention of a number of celebrities over the years such as Jon Stewart of the Daily Show, who once admitted to Springsteen in a Rolling Stone Magazine article that the only band he had seen more than his was TheBStreet Band.
The BStreet Band was the first to ever perform live on the Fox Business Channel and they have represented the State of New Jersey at multiple Presidential and state inaugurations.
The group’s popularity has also been used to raise millions of dollars for all types of charities. They have a special place in their hearts for the N.J. Special Olympics, having been a big part of their special events (as well as national events) for the last 10 years.
