Christmas is a special time of year that stimulates all of our senses in a personally unique manner, creating lasting memories that we cherish all of our lives. From festive bright colors and blinking lights, brass instruments and choirs seemingly everywhere, to the soft hush of long winter nights, there is a special kind of enchantment in the air.
The Charlotte Chorale invites you to indulge your senses and rejoice in the season as they present “Treasured Sounds of Christmas” on Dec. 3 at 4 p.m. at the Charlotte Performing Arts Center in Punta Gorda.
Experience the pageantry of the season as you are regaled with classic pieces such as “Journey of the Kings” and “Angels from the Realms of Glory,” marvel in the peaceful wonder of the season as they present beautiful renditions of sacred music such as the “Ukranian Bell Carol” and “Still, Still, Still,” and feel the exuberant joy of familiar carols such as “Jingle Bells” and other traditional favorites with a special holiday twist. You won’t want to miss this year’s musical Christmas card from The Charlotte Chorale to the community.
