The Americana Community Music Association wraps up the year in early December for shows at their listening room in Fort Myers.
The final concert of the year at the All Faiths venue will be Hank Woji on Saturday, Dec. 2.
Touring musician and ACMA member Hank Woji takes the stage with a merry band of friends, including Rob Pastore on pedal steel and bass, and Roy Schneider & Kim Mayfield, on guitar, bass, mandolin, dobro and vocals.
A self described “Jersey Shore Ex-Pat turned West Texas Desert Rat,” Hank cut his musical teeth in the vibrant Asbury Park, N.J., music scene of the 1980s & ‘90s. In the spring of 2001, Hank moved to Houston and found his new musical voice as a Singer Songwriter, but it was his chance move, in 2009, to the far West Texas desert town of Terlingua, that has most reshaped his life and his music.
Opening the show for Hank is ACMA member musician Chakulla of Punta Gorda.
Door donations for ACMA listening room shows are $12 for members and $18 for general public. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
The ACMA listening room is located at All Faiths Unitarian Congregation, 2756 McGregor Blvd., Fort Myers.
