John Denver tribute Aug. 7 at Hinman Auditorium

Remembering John Denver is scheduled for Aug. 7 at 7:30 p.m. at Hinman Auditorium.
Singer, songwriter and John Denver tribute artist Ted Vigil has been touring the country providing the late singer’s fans a night of musical memories. He has performed with Steve Wiesberg, John Denver’s lead guitarist from the ’70s, who is quoted as saying, “Apparently the audience thinks all the John Denver tribute artists look and sound like John—I don’t see it, but I do see it with Ted. He has a very strong physical resemblance… Uncanny!”
Tickets are $35 to $45. The Performing Arts Center, Hinman Auditorium, is located at 10150 Bonita Beach Road, Bonita Springs.
