On stage Dec. 12 at 7 p.m., for one night only, you don’t want to miss singer, songwriter and member of The Capris, Michael D’Amore. He returns to the Cultural Park stage this Christmas to take you on a musical journey of the very best hits from the ‘50s, ‘60s and your favorite holiday music.
For more than 30 years, Michael D’Amore has been a professional entertainer based out of the New York metropolitan area. Having performed in several genres, Michael eventually found himself drawn to the harmony of the Classic R&B and Doo-Wop sounds.
Michael currently performs his one-man show showcasing the best of the ‘50s and ‘60s. He is also a member of The Capris and proud to sing lead on their hits “There’s A Moon Out Tonight” and “Morse Code Of Love” for music fans around the world.
He has opened for and shared the stage with groups such as The Stylistics, Lou Christie, John Cafferty, The Loving Spoonful, The Grass Roots, Kenny Vance and the Planotones and so many groups he has admired over the years. Tickets for this one night only event are $21. for all ages and will sell fast do to our socially distanced limited seating so get them while you can.
Our holiday season at Cultural Park continues with our most popular revue show, Cultural Park Theatre’s Spectacular Christmas Revue, opening Dec. 16 and running through Dec. 20. The recipe for our patrons’ favorite show of the season is a simple one, we take everyone’s favorite holiday classics, add some pop favorites with a sprinkle of Broadway surrounded with a cast of children and adults with one goal in mind to so fill the hearts of Cultural Park audiences with the true spirit of the holiday season.
Our Spectacular Christmas Revue is always upbeat and happy, and this year socially distanced to insure a safe environment, filled with traditional holiday songs, perfect for all ages and a heartwarming finale to boost the Christmas spirit. The Spectacular Christmas Revue is on stage Dec. 16 through 20th, with a Wednesday and Thursday night performance at 7 p.m., Friday at 8 p.m. and a matinee on Saturday and Sunday at 3 p.m.
Cultural Park Theater is located at 528 Cultural Park Blvd. Cape Coral. Tickets are $22 for adults, $19 for seniors with children’s prices and group rates available. Call the box office at 239-772-5862 for reservations.
The Spirit of Christmas has been alive and well on the Cultural Park stage for over 50 years, and this year we are proud to continue that tradition following CDC guidelines for your safety our theater is regularly sanitized each day and after all performances, face masks are required and temperature checks are taken at the door. The theater opens one hour prior to each performance so that you may go directly to socially distanced seating in the main theater as you enter.
