Players Circle Theatre welcomes Pete Seeger tribute, comedian

The songs of Pete Seeger come alive when critically acclaimed actor Randy Noojin performs live at the Players Circle Theatre Nov. 11 – 15. The original production captures the spirit and personality of Pete Seeger; with a dozen of his classic songs. Seeger was an iconic folksinger in the 1960’s America.
Actor, writer, and musician, Noojin becomes Seeger when he performs songs, such as “Kisses Sweeter Than Wine,” “If I Had a Hammer,” “Goodnight Irene,” “Where Have All the Flowers Gone” and “Guantanamera.”
VIP tickets for the show are $50, with general admission tickets $35. Show performance times are Wednesday and Thursday at 7 p.m.; Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m.; and Sunday at 2 p.m. Servers will be available to take orders for appetizers and cocktails for VIP tickets; there will be an open bar in the lobby available for general admission.
Also appearing in November is Carmen Ciricillo, a nationally touring comedy club headliner, who has appeared on numerous television and radio shows. He toured with Nascar and the Hendricks Motor Sports Racing Team to entertain the fans at hospitality events for a year. The stand-up comedian will perform on Friday, Nov. 27 and Saturday, Nov. 28. VIP tickets are $25, with general admission tickets $15. The Friday show is at 8 p.m., and Saturday shows are at 6 and 8:30 p.m.
Producers Robert Cacioppo and Carrie Lund have converted the former Dolphin Room into aa nightclub/cabaret style facility, which will have 80 seats, spaced for social distancing in accordance with CDC guidelines. Every seat in the house has an excellent view of the performance; no seat is more than four rows from the stage.
The Players Circle Theatre is located in The Shell Factory in North Fort Myers.

Full dinners are available before the shows in the Southern Grill restaurant; for reservations call 239-995-3999. A new appetizer menu list will be available for theatre patrons 45 minutes before each performance in the theatre.
Temperatures for audiences will be taken before entering the theatre. Masks will be required for all audience members to enter the theatre, at intermission, and when using the rest rooms.
While not mandatory, wearing masks during the show is requested. Employees and volunteers will check temperatures, wear face coverings, and practice frequent hand washing. Hand sanitizer stations will be provided throughout the theatre.
