The second annual Southland Bluegrass Music Festival was held April 1 at Seminole Casino Hotel in Immokalee. The free outdoor festival attracted a huge crowd. Presented by LaMesa RV, the festival featured live performances by Ricky Skaggs & Kentucky Thunder, Del McCoury Band, The SteelDrivers, Sister Sadie, Justin Mason & Blue Night and Abby the Spoon Lady. Sadly, transportation issues prevented The Grascals from performing.
