Songwriters at the Plaza Feb. 8 with Pearl Street Band

The Lee County Library has joined with the Americana Community Music Association to offer free acoustic concerts of all original music. Concerts will take place in the amphitheater, which is located on South Cornog Plaza. Bring a chair or a blanket; shows will be moved indoors depending on weather.
The Feb. 8 event will feature The Pearl Street Band. The band is comprised of Mike McMillan, Bob Williams, Bill Veach and Clark Johnson. The band is made up of all ACMA members. They perform regularly on Fort Myers Beach. They perform mostly original music and a few tasty covers. In 2020 they released their first album as a band, Rocky Road.
The event runs from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Fort Myers Regional Library, 2450 First St. in downtown Fort Myers.
