The annual Southwest Florida Wood Art, Wood Carvers and Wood Turners expo and competition is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 7 and Saturday, Jan. 8.
This is one of the premier wood art shows in the country since 1986. A dynamic show with hundreds of entries for competition, vendors of all kinds (wood, tools, blanks, dust equipment, art supplies and more), demonstrations, raffle, artists’ displays and sales.

The show will be held at the Charlotte Harbor Event Center, located at 75 Taylor St., Punta Gorda.
Doors will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Admission will be $7 for one day or $10 for both days. Children 12 and under are admitted free.
The show features demonstrations, silent auctions, carving supplies, carver sales & displays, vendors, unique raffle and a quality competition.
Competition fee is $5 per piece.
