Arts for ACT Gallery in downtown Fort Myers will host an opening reception on Friday, Aug. 7 from 4 to 8 p.m. for new exhibits featuring artists Terry Lynn Spry and Jessi Dilich.
Terry Lynn Spry’s paintings have been exhibited in national and local juried art exhibitions. Her work can be found in private collections across the country. In additional her paintings, Terry Lynn has been published in Artist Magazine issue, December 2012.
Currently, her work is exhibited at Wild Child Gallery. She graduated from Phoenix Institute of Technology with a degree in production art and studied under Nina Conner in Florida. Terry Lynn’s desire to pass on her passion and love for the arts lead her to teach at the Alliance for the Arts. She considers painting to be “better than chocolate and kind of like breathing – you just don’t want to stop.”

Jessi Dilich began her art education at the Chicago Art Institute. After traveling across the United States, she landed in Cape Coral. She studied under Nina Connor for many years and is a regular exhibitor in the local juried shows. Jessi paints in oils and is an accomplished photographer.
She paints daily and her works can be seen at Wild Child Gallery. She paints a vast variety of subjects from mermaids to still lifes.
