Centers for the Arts Bonita Springs will host an opening reception Friday, Aug. 2 from 6 to 8 p.m. for Being Human exhibit.
Human kind has amazing capacities for compassion, humility and empathy. We also have our limitations. Artists are asked to look into the nature of portraiture and the human experience to reveal truths about what it means to “be human.”
An opening reception will be held Thursday, Aug. 29 from 6 to 8 p.m. for a second exhibit featuring artist Karen Seide. “The focus of my artwork is inspire love and healing. I use color to cause a healing affect on the mind and the body. In addition to color I enjoy incorporating various shapes, textures, and jewelry to embellish acrylic and oil paintings,” says Seide.
